Lanterne Rouge is a small, intimate restaurant at Kastellgatan 15 in Linnéstaden. The soul and brains of the place, Hannes Persson, is behind the cooking and the ever-changing menu. The eminent sommelier Dylan takes care of wine and atmosphere. Alongside them are Hannes's brother Joel and a bunch of friends who help out when needed.
